Colin’s area of experience is in the design development, construction documentation and site administration work stages.

His area of expertise is the service coordination and documentation of hospitality projects. He has worked on mostly international projects in conjunction with our Dubai office and has previous experience in commercial and retail projects.

Colin is in our Sustainability Portfolio and is working with the Green Building Council of South Africa on Green Star Rating tool for hotels. He has recently assisted the GBCSA with the development of a Greenstar SA - Multi Unit Residential rating tool.
