Al Fattan Office Block is the third tower in the Al Fattan Residential Development at Dubai Marina. The building is a contemporary glass building shaped with transitory subtraction on different floors providing it with and interesting formal dynamism. The simple floor plans allow for generous and column-free office areas. The incorporation of small-scale offices and ateliers for young designers, architect adds diversity to the building.
