Situated on the trunk of the Palm Jumeirah, the Golden Mile is aptly named. With sunshine and golden beaches, the project is over a kilometer long and 405,000sq.m in size. The projects provides a total of 34,000sq.m retail space and 25,000sq.m of commercial / office space, which combine to form a podium from which the 860 residential apartments rise up, in 8 to 10 storey buildings. Using the traditional architecture found in the Gulf region as a reference, situated on the trunk of the Palm, the project creates a dynamic entrance to the Palm development.
